This webinar will focus on the inaugural year of the Nature, Community, and Health Network (NCH2) -funding opportunity for community-based planning grants. The NCH2 Catalyst is offering Seed Grants--small planning grants to support community collaborations around the Triple Aim Values: community health, caring for our land, and equity. Grants will range from $2,500 - 5,000. Applications are due February 21st and awarded by the end of March so please join us for a presentation and discussion.
