As always, it is hard to nail down everyone's schedule, so I apologize to those who are unable to attend.  Those on the CWT board can rest assured you will see a similar agenda at the 12/15 meeting if you are unable to make 12/17.  An added incentive for attendance is the ensuing holiday open house that same day from 3pm onward.  We will honor Geoff Levin of INHS at the event as he is retiring and moving to Alberta early in the new year.

Additionally:  Chris and I would personally like to invite you to participate in the Species Workshop on 12/9, (9am-5pm - to be held downtown at East West University (8th and Wabash).  We hope to narrow our list of nominated species from 40+ to as close to 8 as possible, with final determination being made in concert with the species advisors at a 12/11 meeting.

We would be most appreciative if several of you might be willing to assist with facilitation at the event as well.  As a result of our meeting yesterday where we nailed down the agenda, our revised format requires strong facilitation in 5 breakouts and we would prefer the opportunity for Chris, Susan Parks, and/or I to float during the sessions for trouble shooting and such.  We will provide a briefing/training for the facilitators either as a group or individually, dependent on schedules.  Each breakout will include one of the species advisors, a note taker, and a facilitator.  This is a challenging effort and we are confident of positive results, even more bolstered by additional hands on deck.  We recognize that this is a big ask, both in time and advance warning.  Thanks for your consideration of this request.
