Forum Program: The Forum program seeks to frame the urgency and relevance of climate change to communities in the Chicago region, to share stories of hope and positive impact, and to create a platform for ongoing action and collaboration.  Confirmed program speakers include:

    *         Toni Anderson, Sacred Keepers Sustainability Lab

    *         Abigail Derby Lewis, The Field Museum & Chicago Wilderness

    *         Dallas Goldtooth, Indigenous Environmental Network

    *         Anthena Gore, Elevate Energy & Environmentalists of Color

Richard Lariviere, CEO of The Field Museum, and Julia Stasch, President of The MacArthur Foundation, will offer opening remarks.  A post-program reception with food, drink, and music will also feature discussion, networking, and resource-sharing.

Chicago Agreement on Climate & Community: During the Forum, we plan to launch the Chicago Agreement on Climate & Community as an emerging platform for ongoing interaction and impact.  Just as the global Paris Agreement is enabling collaboration among nations, the Chicago Agreement offers an opportunity to voice shared community values and personal commitments to climate action.
