Chicago Wilderness Corporate Council Day of Service
May 8, 2010
Celebrate local nature and help restore it back to health during the Chicago Wilderness Corporate Council Day of Service on Saturday, May 8, 2010!
Nature offers us many benefits: wondrous places to play, explore and enjoy with our families. Healthy ecosystems also provide us essential services: fresh air, clean water, healthy soil, flood protection, pollution filtering, and habitat for plants and wildlife.
We are fortunate to have access to a large amount of open space and natural areas, but the lands, waters, and wildlife — which provide us with so much — need our help!
All of us — working together — can make a difference!
